I like the charm and it got here quickly - shipped out on a Sunday, arrived Wednesday; however, I wish the ad had spelled out that there was no chain with it. I realize the description says "charm" but I think it should include a note that the chain does not come with the charm.Get more detail about Best Friend/Puzzle Piece Charm by Rembrandt Charms.
