The image provided is more of a false advertisement. Not only was the charm small, it did not include a chain. The description that came in the mail with the package said it was a 14k Diamond heart pendent, when it was a 14k gold unicorn charm. That alone should tell you the professional level of this company. The item was simply too small, other than that the craftsmanship is ideal.
